We are proud to announce that the #SavePets_SaveVets project is COMPLETED!!
In December 2022, the Public Organization "Society of Veterinary Business Owners" successfully reported on its #SavePets_SaveVets project to our grantors Trupanion and Mightvet. As a result of our work, we covered more than half of the territory of Ukraine, which is 14 oblasts, 35 veterinary clinics of Ukraine.
6206 manipulations were performed, 2072 animals (females) were operated on, vaccinated and identified, of which 70% were cats and 30% were dogs. The number of people we helped is 1392 people. The average cost of the complex service was $48.72 per 1 animal.
Our cooperation was also successful with the Animal ID service, which helped us monitor the process of animal identification by grantees.
The uniqueness of the project is that each report can be checked using the hashtag #SavePets_SaveVets and #PawsForUkraine in social networks for each institution that participated in the program (Facebook and Instagram). Therefore, the grantor checked not only the results of the grant from our reporting, but also followed us on social networks throughout the project. After all, we were open in everything!
