Volodymyr Bilenky is a veterinarian from Vinnytsia, who combines professional skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to social values in his work. Since childhood, he has been fascinated by animals, which has determined his life path.He graduated from the Tulchyn Technical School of Veterinary Medicine, continued his studies at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NUBiP), and later became a postgraduate student at the Department of Therapy and Clinical Diagnostics, where he deepens his knowledge in veterinary science.
In 2015, Volodymyr founded the veterinary center "Vet House" in Vinnytsia, which today has two branches: at 44 Yunosti Avenue, and in the village of Agronomichne, 2 Oleksandrivsky Lane. For over 10 years, he has been working in veterinary medicine, providing high-quality services in diagnostics, treatment, and care for pets.His clinic was one of the first in the region to receive modern equipment thanks to a grant from the Veterans Fund of Ukraine under the "It's Worth Starting Your Own Business" program. Volodymyr is also an expert in evaluating educational programs at the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, contributing to the development of veterinary education in Ukraine.
A special place in Volodymyr's life is occupied by his military experience. For 2.5 years, he served in the airborne assault troops, participating in combat operations in Donbas, Kharkiv region, and the Orekhov district, defending the country. While he was at the front, his loving wife Iryna took care of the veterinary business and, despite the challenges of the war, opened the largest professional veterinary clinic in the Vinnytsia region. After demobilization in July 2024, Volodymyr returned to his beloved business, bringing from the front a war cat named Parole, who became a symbol of his devotion to animals even in the most difficult circumstances.
Volodymyr is a proud father of four children, for whom he is an example of strength, responsibility and love for his work. He is an active member of the "Association of Veterinary Business Owners", where he shares his experience and supports the development of the veterinary business in Ukraine. His story is an example of how family support, love for the profession and strength of spirit can overcome any obstacles.
