Mocherniuk Mykhailo Mykhailovych has been a member of the CSW since its foundation. He is a practicing veterinarian, the owner of the network and the chief physician of the veterinary clinics "Pan Kotskyi" in the cities of Kolomyia and Chernivtsi. PhD in the field of veterinary medicine.
