We had the honour to be participants of the conference - Visegrad Vet plus Group
There were meaningful reports from the presidents and representatives of the most influential veterinary organizations World Veterinary Association (WVA), FVE - Federation of Veterinarians of Europe , UEVH, EASVO, EVERI, UEVP... and representatives of veterinary organizations of the countries of the Vyshegad vet plus group Colleagues reported on the situation in the field of veterinary medicine in individual member states and discussed relevant topics, such as: - The impact of the war in Ukraine on the EU, support for veterinarians, animals and owners of immigrants.
- Spread and anti-epizootic work on African swine fever, bird flu in Europe. -Changes in veterinary legislation, regulation of the use of antibiotics in veterinary medicine. -Presentations of candidates from the board of FVE and UEVP.
- Our colleague Alla Vyniarska gave a report on the situation with rabies in Ukraine as well as we had common reported on the consequences of the moscow-Ukrainian war. Colleagues created a resolution to the European Federation as to the support of Ukraine in the fight against rabies. We are infinitely grateful to presidents Rafael Laguens, Marek Mastalerek, Piotr kwiecinski, etc., who are doing everything possible to support Ukrainians.
