Over the years we have:
• Grown from an office of 33 square meters to a 24-hour veterinary hospital with a total area of 340 square meters
• Several generations of professional veterinarians has grown up
• Created a unique team of managers capable of solving extraordinary organizational problems
• Launched a large social project to help adopt stray animals - GladPet Kharkiv
Professionalism, responsibility, adherence to modern international approaches and protocols, high quality service, pet-friendly approach, technical equipment of the clinic - all this saved the lives of animals in the most difficult cases. On the pages of the clinic on social networks you can see what it was like:
We have not been fortunate enough to be very close to the border with a country that has decided to destroy our world. It so happened that the clinic building in the first days of the war came under heavy artillery fire. For the first time - together with the staff. Fortunately, everyone is alive. In addition to the clinic, our car, which was standing nearby, was damaged. A few days later there were a few more arrivals. It is currently impossible to work there. In addition, shelling in this area of Kharkiv has not abated. Until it was possible to remove the surviving equipment - the clinic was run by looters.
We donated all animal food and veterinary drugs to volunteers free of charge. Medicines, dressings, electric generators - to the army.
So far, we have managed to save and remove some of the equipment. We are now looking for opportunities to restore the clinic in another city.
Leading veterinary specialists of the clinic are constantly advising patients online. These consultations are free for Ukrainians or donated.
The situation is such that almost all my private property in Kharkiv came under fire, as it is under attack by Russian troops. A rocket flew into the apartment. The neighborhood with a population of about 300 thousand people is almost completely destroyed. In addition, all surrounding areas are mined. There is no access there. The country house is located in the occupied territory. We do not know his condition.
The whole situation is terrible. But we do not lose faith in victory. We are looking for options to continue our activities. Personally, I, as a member of the board of the Society of Veterinary Business Owners, aim to restore not only my business, but also the restoration and further development of Ukrainian veterinary medicine in general.
Our mission in peacetime is to create a comfortable professional and legal field for the veterinary business in Ukraine.
